Hi, Littlefinders! I know it’s Monday, but cheer up because I have a special week filled with tons of great post here on the blog and on my social media channels @lailaslittlefinds (giveaways, new outfits, and some fun surprises). While I am ready to conquer this week like a boss, I can’t help but reminisce about what a fun weekend I had with my friends. As I get older I am realizing how important it is to treasure those close to you and really make an effort to catch up with your besties. When your family lives far, your friends become your family!  I know life can get hectic, but planning a once a month get together can make such difference in your friendships.

It’s no secret that I am a movie lover, do you remember my oscar party this past spring? Watching new flicks is one of my favorite things to do with my girlfriends and Walmart family plan is making it a lot easier for me! I recently purchased an additional phone. I needed an additional number that I could give to clients separate from my personal one. It was such a great Littlefind!  I bought the Cool Pad Rogue for $19.88 (Rollback from $39.83) only at Walmart. Where were this deals when I was 15 and wanted my own cell phone? Kids have it so good these days!

Setting up my plan with their starter kit was super easy and it only cost me  $19.88! (roll back from $25). I can’t even compare it to all the expensive out of pocket fees I’ve had the past 15 years since I got my first cell phone. I get unlimited Talk, Text, & Data which includes up to 10GB of 4G LTE, however, my favorite part is I get a free movie on VUDU every month ($7 value) per line for $49.88!

Once I found this out I realized it was the perfect reason to plan a girls night in. Now there are three things I make sure to have whenever I am planning a movie night:
-A great flick
-Yummy  snacks
-An awesome outfit
My girlfriends and I have been wanting to watch “How to Be Single”. It’s a new release rental and VUDU had it on its list so I didnt have to worry about spending extra money to rent it.  I was able to stream it on my smart T.V. and enjoy it on the big screen!
Now that the entertainment was set, it was time to get the snacks ready!  Since I was already at Walmart purchasing my phone, I made a pit stop in the food section and picked up some goodies. I decided to go with an ice cream bar. I wasn’t sure which toppings to go with, so as soon as I got home I put all that data to use and went online on my new phone to find some yummy ice cream sundae recipes. I also texted my girlfriends and they quickly replied ice cream sundaes was a go!

Finally, what to wear? I know we are staying in, but that doesn’t mean we have to be in our pj’s. We decided to dress up around the theme of “How to Be Single” and wear a comfy party dress. I went with this black maxi, it’s so comfortable and the perfect accessories took this baby from day to night.

Of course, my friends were late, but while I waited for them I made sure to snap plenty of photos of my yummy ice-cream bar, decorations and of course my outfits. My new family plan has so much data, that I didn’t have to feel restricted on posting all my photos on social media and sending it to my friends and family who live far away.

I can’t wait to pick next month’s FREE movie from VUDU and Walmart’s Family plan. More importantly, I can’t wait to see my friends again for another awesome girls night in.
Until Next time my Littlefinders!
