Hi LittleFinders, can you all believe is March already? What happened to January? Well, I am proud to say that I have been sticking to most of my new year resolutions and that’s a good feeling. One of those resolutions was to work out a couple of times a week and drink more water. I realized that I was only drinking water when I was thirsty, but in reality, I feel much better when I drink water throughout the day and truly stay hydrated.

That’s why I like to have bottles that I can take with me on the go, so I always purchase Nestlé® Pure Life® 35 pack. However, I am super excited because Sam’s club now has a Nestlé® Pure Life® 40 pack for the same price. Not only do I get 5 more bottles, but I also get to walk around Sam’s club and try all of their samples! Come on, I know I’m not the only one who does this. Am I?

Another goal I had this year was to save money, so that meant canceling my gym membership. However, I did not let that stop me from working out. Today I will be sharing 5 different workouts you can do without having to go to the gym. Remember If you are thinking of working out at night, or the next morning, drink plenty of Nestle water prior.  A fun fact about this brand is that every drop in every bottle of Nestlé Pure Life is filtered through a 12-step quality process. To ensure great taste, they enhance their water with a unique blend of minerals. I seriously can taste the difference and I think you will too. Now let’s get our exercise on!

1. Pilates: A lot of people think you need to go to a Pilates class to know what you are doing, while this might be helpful, in this day and age we have so much access to technology, that you can simply get a mat at a discounted store, watch a video on your laptop or your phone and off you go to get a great workout.

2. Jump Rope: This is one of the best workouts you can do. It truly works out your whole body and you can do it either indoors, or outdoors. You really only need a little bit of extra space and you are all set. Plus a jump rope is super affordable and takes no room in your home. You can even take it with you when you travel.

3. Swimming: This is another great workout for the whole body and you don’t need a gym pool to do it. I use my apartment complex’s pool or you might even be able to find a community pool. Get yourself a cap, some goggles and you are all set. You can do laps, tread water, and even aerobic type exercises. Remember not because you are in the water, it means you should not drink water. Grab a bottle of Nestle’s Purelife on you way out and make sure to finish it before your workout is done.

4. Running/walking: It does not get easier that this my Littlefinders. You truly don’t need anything except your two feet. Give yourself goals of how much you want to run. I usually try to go a little farther every time but it’s really not about distance or speed, but rather knowing you are doing something good for your body.

5. yoga: Perfect for relaxation! Try doing it outside and watch some videos or books for inspiration. Remember to keep your water nearby, because you want to make sure you stay hydrated

I want to see you guy’s workouts outside the gym so tag me on social media with #littleworkouts and make sure to take advantage of Sam’s club Nestlé® Pure Life® 40 pack. It’s such a good deal!

Until next time Littlefinders!
