Thank you to the Daytona Turkey Run for sponsoring today’s post. As always all opinions are my own.
Hello, my Littlefinders! With Thanksgiving coming up this week, it’s also time for The 45th annual Daytona Turkey Run! Whether you live in Daytona or need to make a drive you don’t want to miss this event at the Daytona Speedway. The Turkey Run is the largest combined car show and swap meet in the U.S. and It kicks off at 8 a.m. Thanksgiving day through Sunday, November 25th.
After my trip to Cuba last year, I learned to appreciate classic cars so much and all the care and work that goes into them. The 45th Daytona Turkey Run welcomes fans of all ages to celebrate their love of classic cars featuring more than 6,000 vintage, classic and custom, muscle cars, race cars and trucks on display and for sale, in case you are in the market to buy one! You will also get the chance to see the original Batcopter N3079G from the Batman TV series. The 1966 Batmobile and 1966 Batcycle will also be on display, how cool is that?
If you feel like starting some of your holiday shopping early, you can do so at the massive swap meet in which vendors sell and trade hard-to-find auto parts and accessories. There is also an Artisan Alley with fashion and art, so you can find a gift for all your favorite people. After you get hungry from all the fun, you can get some yummy food from one of the many food vendors plus enjoy additional activities for the whole family.
Admission is $15 Thursday through Saturday and $10 on Sunday with free parking. Children under 11 are free. Free parking is available at the Daytona Speedway all four days. To get more information and check out the full list of events head to Turkeyrun.com. Let me know if you are heading to The Daytona Turkey Run so I can say hello :).
Until Next Time Littlefinders!
