Hi LittleFinders, can you all believe is March already? What happened to January? Well, I am proud to say that I have been sticking to most of my new year resolutions and that’s a good feeling. One of those resolutions was to work out a couple of times a week and drink more water. I realized that I was only drinking water when I was thirsty, but in reality, I feel much better when I drink water throughout the day and truly stay hydrated.
